Products must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. We offer refunds in full or an exchange once we have received the item. Items must not be worn, stained or damaged. All the original labelling/tagging must still be attached to the item. We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition.

If you wish to exchange your item please drop us an email at malxxmiyo@gmail.com and we will get that sorted for you as soon as possible.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and ApplePay. There is an option to pay in monthly instalments using Clearpay. If you choose that option it will take you to there website from which you will enter your details and sort a payment plan with them.
