Once you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation from MALXX of your order. As soon as we ship your parcel, our courier will contact you via email or text message with your tracking number where you can track through there website. For reference our courier is DPD, if you still have trouble contact us via email or WhatsApp.

Returns must adhere to the following:

-In original packaging

-No signs of wash/wear

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. We are more than happy to give a full refund or exchange for another item. To return your item please email us at malxxmiyo@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions.
